Our Principal

Lee Road Consulting was established in 2016 by its Principal, Catherine Stuart. She has over twenty years of experience with strategy, project, and program experience in the government, not for profit, and consulting sectors. Catherine’s focus is social housing and other housing options for low to moderate income people.

Catherine’s tertiary qualifications in history, public policy, law and economics mean she brings a unique perspective to every engagement.

In addition, Catherine is a Certified Senior Housing Professional with the Australasian Housing Institute, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the International Association for Public Participation Australasia, and Oral History NSW.

Catherine specialises in policy, strategy and problem solving informed by stakeholder and community voices. Unpeeling the past to make the future.
